My little baby boy, Dax, was Blessed this past weekend. It was a wonderful occasion for family to get together and share such a joyous experience. Having my parents with us from out of town made it special, not only were they good company but we took Dax and did some sightseeing.
We planned a full day of fun things like lunch, shopping and some sight-seeing in Coronado. At five weeks, Dax is still too small to be carried in a Bjorn or anything similar. The Soothe Shirt by Lalabu is absolutely the best ever to hit the mommy world.
This shirt has an expandable pouch in the front where Dax can snuggle against me while walking around. I love it because he’s secure and safe. Strangers can see his sweet little face but it keeps them at arms length. There’s a head support when needed and then folds back into the pouch when it’s not being used.
It’s also a great nursing bra. It has only two fabric layers that gives extra coverage with a soft elastic band for support. I love that it’s modest and covers my tummy.
Best of all it’s so stylish. It works and feels like no other nursing garment I’ve ever seen. It can be worn all year round because the fabric is light. It works like a tank, easy and cool for summer, warm and cozy when layered.
As we walked around the beautiful Hotel Del Coronado, strangers stopped, asked about Dax and complimented me on the great pouch I was wearing. It was sweet how many strangers become instant friends because of this tiny little baby only five weeks old, a little angel from Heaven.
