Have you ever heard of Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market?
During the week I have the hardest time figuring out what to make for dinner. I’m usually too tired after a long day at work and lately the last thing I want to do is make food over a hot stove when its 105 degrees outside. In fact, it feels like I could walk outside to cool off.
When the sun starts setting and the temperature drastically lowers, I think about laying in the cool grass of a beautiful green field. Living by some great parks we rarely visit, I’ve been trying to remedy that with a planned picnic with my wonderful other half. But preparing a picnic is just not that easy. In fact, the vision of those perfect picnic pictures don’t exactly reveal what a hassle and stress it can be.
So my new mantra is “I’m living Fresh & Easy“!
Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market believes fresh wholesome food should be accessible and affordable to everyone. They offer a wide range of their own branded products and freshly prepared meals, in addition to other favorite top name commercial brands.
They have great “grab and go meals”, drinks, fruit and more. Their food is fresh, tasty and better for you than the drive through greasy, lukewarm messes. When shopping, I couldn’t help myself but grab some gorgeous peonies, it’s an obsession. What better way to bring a picnic feel into my kitchen (if I don’t get one planned).
But I did!
I made the hubs meet me at the park. I had everything we needed to enjoy a nice picnic on that green grassy field I was dreaming about. No hot kitchen just the cool of a late summer day. It was so great not to worry about the “what should I make for dinner tonight” struggle. I bought some extra pastas and food for lunches this week. The food is so simple and fresh. If you live close to a Fresh & Easy Market, stop by, you are sure to find something yummy!
Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market is located in CA, AZ, and NV
Nick has a Salmon Caesar Salad and for me, a Greek Salad. I liked Nick’s A LOT! But he wouldn’t trade.
After enjoying some “how was your day” talk we broke out the chips and fruit.
The food looks delicious and trust me it was even better than the pictures! It was a lovely evening spent with no dishes and no stress!
Thank you to Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market for sponsoring this post and keeping my meals easy, quick and healthy!
