All the work and effort is over. I feel a little sad when a holiday ends, especially Thanksgiving.
It was two days of work for a four and a half minute meal. We were all so hungry, by the time the food was done, we couldn’t shovel the food in fast enough.
I received a lot of questions about my table settings. I am in love with gold dots, right now? (Can’t you tell?)
Here is how I made my table come together!
I purchased these placemats from LaylaGrace. I love that I could just throw them away after I was done. So simple and looked SO elegant!
The Napkins were probably the most time consuming. I purchased these from Target, then added dots using gold fabric paint and a pencil eraser.

For the centerpieces, I found a garland from Hobby Lobby that was 80% off. It was about to die and the stems were falling off. Perfect for me as I was going to rip them off anyway.
I put them in small glass vases with some rocks and voila!
Last but not least, I put glitter in the votives. I swirled the candle around so it stuck to the inside of the candle. I added some dots to the burlap coasters for the vases. Here are some close ups! I hope everyone enjoyed their Thanksgiving. Its one of my favorites. Now to get ready for Christmas…..
